Our sessions are divided into 2 parts --- first we talk on the phone for approximately 30 minutes, and together we can discuss your issues. From the confidential details you give me I will then sit down and personally construct a hypnotherapy treatment on a CD designed for your exact needs, one which will be just as effective as though you were actually present here with me in my office. This is the equivalent of having a one-on-one session, and very importantly, you can play your customized CD as many times as you like. It is your personal possession and you have it for the rest of your life.

Please know that I have many years of experience, dealing successfully with problems such as – weight loss, smoking, motivation, relationships, stress, etc. Whatever your problem, I will most likely have already dealt with something similar before.
